WOD PRGRM STRONG is a 45–60-minute program which is great for anyone who wants a bodybuilding program to supplement their CrossFit training with or even perform the track completely on it's own. The weekly split typically includes 6 days of training: Upper Body Push, Upper Body Pull, Lower Body Push/Pull, Monostructural Workout, Shoulder/Glutes, Arms & Core.
